NAC Nomination Process
  • Applications received and reviewed according to
    eligibility criteria
  • Eligible candidates scheduled for first round
    interviews with a member of NAC Talent Management
    Committee (NTMC)
  • Candidate interviewed by NTMC
  • NTMC reviews scores of first round interviews and
    determines candidates for second round interviews

    to become members of NAC
  • Candidates names are submitted to ASTD Board for
    approval
  • ASTD Board approves new NAC members

  • Candidates not selected for NAC could be eligible
    to serve on other ASTD National committees
  • CORE
  • CRC (chapter recognition)
  • LDT (leadership development)
  • Candidates should indicate interest on application
