  • Woodstock General Hospital is 120 beds in
    South-western Ontario
  • 25 bed chronic care unit with a 30 day ALDS.

    Planning, Speech, Social Work, Dietician, RN,
    RPNs)
  • Recognized that quality of life and options for
    discharge to home or retirement homes could be
    improved with a consistent approach.
