What are the costs involved?

• The cost is based on a simple fee schedule per
  unit area as follows

• Additional 10 administration fee
• 5 for Contract Administration goes to Kitsap
  County
• 5 for Quality Control
  Monitoring goes to PSRC

• Watershed Sciences contract expires May 2009
• Rates will likely increase to account for
  increased fuel costs
