If someone is not a the station (1)
  • When you make a call and nobody answers you have
    the following alternatives
  • Leave a Call Back Message
  • Send a standard voice/text mail message
  • 8 standard messages available
  • Make a voice paging
  • Group calls and all calls
  • Make a pocket paging
  • Different types of paging equipment can be used
  • 4 different types of paging available

  • Activate the pre-programmed search for the
    station
  • Stations can have an individual search list which
    can include
  • Other station numbers
  • Group call number
  • Pocket pager number
  • Call to a telephone number via the PNCI unit
  • Call Request from the calling station
  • 3 steps available per station
  • Press digit 9 to activate the first search, 9
    again to activate the second search.

Call Set-Up Priority
  • Each station is assigned a call setup priority
    level (out of 4)
  • Table shows how the priority setting decides the
    stations behavior

  • Busy Notify
  • When you meet a busy station you press the M-key
    (or 57). The called person will then hear an
    attention tone and the display shows who is
    making the call
  • Available as default
  • Private / Message Override
  • Pressing M-key (or 59) breaks through private
    ringing or an absence message left at the called
    station
  • Not available as default
  • Busy Override
  • When you meet a busy station, pressing M-key
    quickly twice (or 58) disconnects ongoing
    conversation and puts you through
  • Not available as default
  • The priority features are assigned to a station
    by using the Class of Service feature

  • Search list must be programmed from AlphaPro (PC)
  • After autoload the search list is empty
