• The Actual size of our coin is 3cm in diameter
• The thickness is 2.5mm
• The mass is 120.6g
• It is alumni plated zinc coin.

Materials

• We used aluminum because it is durable and
  doesnt look like anything else.
• We used zinc because it is inexpensive and has
  been used before in coin making before.

Front Design

• We choose the statue of liberty because she is a
  true symbol of America.
• In god we trust.
• Liberty.
• The year it was made.

Back Design

• We made a shield that represents our flag the
  stars on our flag represent the 13 colonies, and
  in each of the strips there's a word that
  describes America.
• On top of the shield we have an eagle because its
  represents freedom
• Around our shield we have 50 stars to represent
  the 50 states.Also around the coin we have what
  the coin represents which is the United States of
  America, and we have how much our coin is worth
  which is a half dollar.

• Our zinc we are getting form Furphy inc. and it
  will cost 2,436 per tonne.
• Aluminum will cost 2275.000.22 per ton

• We dont use any hazardous material in our coin
  making process.
