were thought to be as low as 1 in 1000.What has

125 known cancer causing agents in personal care

- In 1984 Congress enacted the Comprehensive
Smoking Education Act of 1984 requiring four
specific health warnings - SURGEON GENERAL WARNING
- Smoking causes lung cancer, heart disease,
emphysema, and may complicate pregnancy - Quitting smoking now greatly reduces serious
risks to your health - Smoking by pregnant women may result in fetal
injury, premature birth, and low birth weight - Cigarette smoke contains carbon monoxide
