This is the user log in page, the user can choose
to log in so they can make amendments to the data
they will are allowed to access, or they can
choose to browse the system via the job options.
There are separate options for the different job
roles because different data is viewed by
different staff. OK button takes to main menu
once logged in. Other buttons take to relevant
menu screens.

After the user has logged in they are displayed
with the main menu, from which they can select
the relevant staff role take and then the
relevant data will be displayed in front of them.
Buttons take user to relevant screens. When
navigating wait for the Hand icon and click the
buttons

After the user has selected the module they
wanted to view/amend data for, it will display a
data grid. A data grid was chosen because it
looks the same as the previous spreadsheets
because we found users found this data entry
method easy to use. The user can now navigate the
students on this module and information about
them can be amended if the staff member is logged
in. The dates will be automated

The award director is presented with this screen
which will link to many others depending on what
function they want to peruse. It enables them to
search for a student, this will take them to
another form which will have search criteria.
Also the module director wants to be able to see
which students have completed certain modules
depending on what certificate they get. Also
statistics such as gender and age can be queried.

This displays the results of the student number
the staff member inputted, if valid then the data
grid is displayed with all the modules that
student has taken and what grades and predicted
grades that student has. If the staff member is
logged in these can then be amended if not they
can log in at the top of the page. Obviously the
data grid can be printed in the form of a report.

records there will be repetition of student
grades as it shows every result from every module.

have displayed noticed we kept consistency
throughout the screen designs, obviously from
this the award director can then select that
separate student and look at there modules
