CEC Spring Bazaar April 4th, 2009 9am-3pm
A separate registration form is required for each
booth (see bottom). Registration will stay open
until March 20th a late fee of 10.00 for booth
registering after March 20th . The registration
needs to be returned to

There will be a limited amount of tables
available to rent for 10. You may bring in your
own tables, rack or displays to set up your
booth. Tables must be covered to the floor. Set
up will be Friday, April 3rd from 6pm-10pm and
on Saturday, April 4th at 7am. Booths must be set
up by 8am on Saturday and there will be a preview
for crafters from 8am and 9am. The show will
open at 9am and booths must remain up until 3pm.
Registration fees are non-refundable.
Registration received after March 20th there will
be a extra charge of 10.00 to each booth
registering.
