• This is the five weeks workshop. So .
• To promote the collaborations among participants.
• To encourage communication among participants.
• To exchange advanced studies of participants.

• Today, we will have welcome reception (from
  1730).

Poster session

• A poster session will be held tomorrow.
• There will be the poster previews today.
• Please give us your file (1 page) for poster
  previews.

Notification for participants (1)

• Reception Desk - We will hand you a workshop kit,
  keys (your office key and a card key) and other
  stuffs for your registration.
• Reimbursement - See a message card attached to
  your name tag.
• Your Office -You will find your office room
  number either at the reception desk. Key deposit
  of 3,000 yen is required upon arrival. Refunded
  when the keys are returned. You will be able to
  use your office in weekends.
• Entrance - The main entrances of the YITP
  buildings (Yukawa Memorial Hall and Research
  Buliding) are open from 800 to 1800. For
  night-time or early-morning entrance, you need an
  entrance card key.

Notification for participants (2)

• Network Overview - To connect to the network, you
  need to enter the ID and the password common to
  all participants. They are written in a leaflet
  "Computer Facilities for Workshop Participants".
• Internet
• Wired available at all offices for the workshop.
• Wireless wireless network using WEP encryption
  is avaialble at the saloon at the Panasonic
  Auditorium.

• Key deposit is required.
• You will get refund when you will leave here.
• We will have reception party this evening (1000
  JPY).
• Please put your name tag when you are in YITP.
• You can use K102, Y206 (poster place) and the
  salon for your discussion.
• K202 will be available in the second and the
  third week.
