short-term goals - Develop an implementation plan with SMART
objectives - Meet regularly to monitor and review
implementation against plan - Evaluate performance - recognise success and

The exercise
- Write down the 5 most important influencers and
stakeholders - Identify five most important issues
- Prioritise and rank these issues
- Write down a short-term and a long term goal for
the issue - Develop an implementation plan with 3 SMART
objectives to help achieve the short-term goal - Time 15 minutes
- Each team will have 4 minutes to present their
findings to the whole group
