Right click on the object here Hover mouse over
Worksheet Object and click
Open The file will now open as a
standard Excel worksheet which you can save to
your PC

Instructions

• Place an x in the most appropriate box next to
  each question
• Once you have placed ONE x in a box next to
  each question, click the next category tab at the
  bottom of the screen to move on to the next set
  of questions
• Once you have completed all four sets of
  questions, click on the matrix tab to see how you
  fared against Red, Amber, Green status
• Next click the Results Summary tab to get your
  score. This can be plotted periodically to give
  you an indication of how well you are progressing
• Finally click on the Action List tab to give
  you some specific recommendations of actions you
  need to undertake in order to improve. These will
  form part of your Tactical Implementation Plan
  when you come to do this.
