• 2. Vera, The niece of the woman that
  Framton visits.
• Framton goes to visit because he wants to cure
  his fried nerves.

• Vera kept telling him that the ghosts of her
  uncle and his friends would come back one night,
  so she left the window open.

• Framton Nuttle has a nervous disorder. This is

• Vera makes up a story about ghosts to scare
  Framton. This conflict is man vs. man.

• When Framton sees the hunters walk across the
