LOE

• In May 2006 the Spanish Government published the
  new Organic Educational Law (LOE) concerning
  Education.
• This Law attempts to adapt to the new demands of
  society and definitively conceives education as a
  right of citizens

Permanent Training within the framework of LOE

• The teachers have the right and responsibility of
  having continuous training.
• The Educational body provide the Training to the
  State- Teachers through
• the In Service Training Centers

Permanent Training

• Compulsory for new State-Teachers.
• Optional and voluntary for the rest, however
  State-Teachers that have voluntary training ,are
  rewarding with
• -increment of their salaries
• - possibilities of changing position or moving
  to others centers

DESCENTRALIZED MODEL

• Since the Spanish Constitution was approved in
  1978, the Spanish education system has undergone
  a process of transformation, with the central
  authorities gradually transferring functions,
  services and resources to the various regional
  authorities (the autonomous communities).
• All regions have now taken over wide executive
  and even legislative autonomy. Castilla-La Mancha
  since 2000.

  specialists in different areas together with the
  Head of the centre.

• We are in charge of the regional training
  network.
• We are in charge on the registration of the
  teacher training.
• We are a fundamental tool for the development of
  Educational policies.
• We develop a model of training through medium,
  long term and permanent process.

  educational centers and 840 teachers.

• We are a pedagogical team of advisers who are
  specialists in different areas together with the
  Head of the centre.
• All of us are teachers (secondment situation )

• There are 120 teacher involved in European
  Projects.Comenius ,Grundtvig and Erasmus.We have
  12 europeans projects.
• 10 Bilingual secondary and primary schools.100
  teachers are working in CLIL .Content and
  learning integrated content.In our region we have
  150 bilingual schools.
