Timber Wolf

• A Timber Wolf is a type of gray wolf that lives
  in deep forest. Its gray, brown, or black fur.
• It hides silently between the trees

Young Wolf

• Sometimes a young wolf leaves its family. To find
  a new home. Wolf pups are born in a dry warming
  place called a den.
• This maybe a cave or a hole in the ground.

White Wolf

• This snow white wolf lives in the Artic a
  freezing cold place in the far north of the
  world.
• Thick fur keeps the wolf warm in its winter home.
  As the wolf hunts its white coat helps its to
  blend in the snow.

Senses

• Wolves have amazing noses. When a wolf sniff the
  air it can smell another animal.
• A wolf twists its ear to help it pick up sounds
  from every direction.

Hunting

• The wolf hopes to catch a big animals.
• A wolf is always on the look out for its dinner.
• At meal time the parents eat first the youngest
  wolves wait for any scraps that are left.
• Wolves howl to tell each other that dinner is
  ready.
