    customers.
  • Responds to NFCs payroll customer inquiries as
    they relate to the data reported on the agency
    weekly reports (aprox. 40 inquiries per month)
  • Assists NFCs payroll customers in their
    development of a reconciliation routine and
    resolution of any discrepancies that occur
    between the agency weekly reporting and the
    SF224, Abstract of Transactions.
  • Reconciles 75 payroll deduction accounts in the
    payroll accounting system General Ledger to
    transactions processed by the payroll system.
  • Reconciled NFCs Employee Deduction Suspense
    Account. Reduced outstanding balance from 18.2
    million to 6.4 million. This reconciliation
    work contributed to NFCs ability to get a clean
    audit opinion on our Financial Statements.
