- RW CAREWare version 4.1 may also be used to
assist in the submission of CADRs. This software
generates the CADR to be - uploaded to the CADR Web-Interface for submission
via the Web system, OR - downloaded for paper submission via mail to Data
Support, OR - copied to a floppy disk or CD and mailed to Data
Support (grantees only) by February 10, 2006.

it to Data Support to ensure accuracy and
completeness. - impose early deadlines for your providers
CADRs to ensure that there is enough time to

regularly through the EHB.
