Instructions for Installing Lightspeed Security
Agent

• This software will ONLY work on computers inside
  the EPSB network, it will not work on home
  computers

• Go to www.epsb.com
• Click on Technology at the top of the page
• Go to the downloads link at the bottom of the
  page
• Click on LightSpeed Systems Security Agent

Click on Run

Click on Run

Click on Configure Now

• Click on edit settings
• Click on Updates

• On the updates tab
• Click on get updates from TTC Server
  
• Enter 10.170.0.11 into the box
  
• Make sure check for updates says daily

Click on check for updates

• Click on Last system
• scan.
• 2. Then click on Run a
• System Scan

Click on Scan Now

The software is set to scan by itself once you
run the initial scan. You can adjust the time
that it scans on this screen. Simply click on
Edit Schedule and change the time. THE SOFTWARE
WILL ONLY SCAN IF YOUR COMPUTER IS ON AT THAT
TIME, SO LEAVE YOUR COMPUTER ON EXCEPT FOR
HOLIDAYS AND MAYBE WEEKENDS.

The initial scan will take a LONG time. I suggest
you run the initial scan when you can leave your
computer alone like overnight.
