- Numbers must be even
- No crutch binding (PK)
- No 8 must pack between locks
- Crouch-Touch-Hold-Engage
- No intentional wheeling (PK)
- Scrum is to be reset once through 45 degrees

- Maximum 1.5 metre push towards the opponents goal
line (FK) - Ball must not be held in the scrum intentionally
(FK) - Half must not stand in the space between flanker
and number 8 (FK)

- Pre-gripping
- On the shorts only
- Support on the thighs of the jumper
- Not permitted
- Ensure the jumper is brought to ground safely by
the supporters and not interfered with while in
the air

- 20 minutes each way no injury time
- 12 players per team
- Teams must have even numbers
- Unlimited interchange
- No kicks for penalty goal or drop goal
- Conversion to be taken in line with try or if
further out than the 15m on the 15m

- Stay with it to make sure its stable before
letting the ball in - No more than 1m push
- Reset if goes through 45 degrees or becomes unsafe

- No 8 cannot detach
- Defending half cannot advance beyond scrum mid
line - Both halfs are to be on the same side of the
scrum - Scrum ends when half passes the ball, NO RUNNING
- Opposing backs are to stay at last feet until the
half has passed the ball (PK)

- 5 players from each team
- No lifting or supporting
- If the throw isnt straight or doesnt go 5m
another throw is given - If on the second time one of the above occurs a
scrum is given to the non throwing team on the
15m
