Project Vision

• Create an intuitive, efficient interface for
  scheduling appointments in the Evergreen State
  College's Tutoring Center
• Replace cumbersome, expensive, existing system
• Allow appointment scheduling across multiple
  locations
• Compatibility with existing systems at Evergreen

• Schedule and manage appointments for students to
  meet with tutors
• Generate statistics reflecting Centers
  use/popularity
• Provide mechanism for managing resources
  (calculators, books whatever)
• Provide consistent business rule enforcement

• 2-3 people involved
• Iterative project approach
• Focus on core functionality first
• Grow features without compromising code stability
• Implement by end of Spring Quarter
