Completing the online JOIN process
Please visit http//extranet.ezyield.com/Join Log
in using the Username and Password provided via
email and click Sign In You may log in and out
of the Join as needed.

1. Hotel Information
After logging in, the Hotel Information page
will load. Complete this page with the contact
details for the property. Click Save Changes
once complete. (Ignore the Add New Hotel
Area) Note To help you navigate the Join,
click Guided Tour On. This will change to
Guided Tour Off and you can use the menu
options on the left to navigate the system.

2. Skip the Contacts tab and visit Hotel Room
Names
EZ Yield works using what we call Master Room
Types. Your Master room types are what you
amend via EZ Yield. Each Master room is mapped to
the respective matching room types on one or more
websites. When you make an amendment to any
Master room type on EZ Yield, the update will be
sent to the matching room types on your
extranets. Enter here the room types you would
like to update via EZ Yield, by entering the room
type name beside Room Name and clicking Add
Room Name until all room types have been
added. Note The names of your Master room types
do not need to match the names of your rooms on
your extranets. For example, if you have a
room type which you call Deluxe at the hotel,
yet is named Deluxe King on one site, Deluxe
Room on another and DLX Rm on a third, you can
call that Master room type Deluxe and our
Implementations team will find the matching room
types and build the connections. Please also
feel free to include any packages, specials, BB
rates, etc.

3. Go to Contracted Websites and select the
websites to add to EZ Yield
Select from the Website list each website you
would like mapped to EZ Yield and click Add
Website

4. Complete your website information
Work through the websites in your Contracted
Websites list by selecting a site and clicking
Modify Website. After selecting a site, you
will be prompted at the bottom of the page to
enter your login details for the site Username,
Password, Other ID (not required for all sites),
then your markup information. To complete your
markup information, you need to know for each
site whether it is on a Commission model, or
Merchant model For sites to which you pay a
commission after check-out, select Markup Type
Add, Markup Amount 0. For Merchant sites to
which you provide a NET RATE, which is then
marked up by the site, select Markup Type Retail
Divide, and then enter the decimal amount. If
you are unsure of your markup, please contact
your market rep at the website, who will be able
to clarify for you.

5. Complete the Test Data tab
Before releasing the property, EZ Yield will
perform a live update to all sites. So that
you may have control over our testing we ask that
you provide a date (within 14-28 days from today)
and a rate which we may upload live to all room
types on all sites. This is to ensure that
changes made via EZ Yield are correctly
reflecting on your websites before releasing the
system to you for use. So that we may verify
that the system is updating your sites correctly,
please enter rates which are slightly different
to those already loaded on your websites for the
date you have selected.

6. Review and Finalize your information
Once all tabs are completed, click Finalize. You
will see a summary of the information entered in
the Join. Verify that the information is
correct, paying close attention to the website
usernames, then scroll to the bottom and click
FINALIZE. As soon as you click Finalize, an
email will be sent to our Implementations team,
who will begin building the account for you.
Note while checking your information, you may
notice against the Contacts area, your name and
the email address help_at_hotelprophets.com. This
is to ensure that any automatic emails generated
by EZ Yield are not delivered to the property
prior to release. Please do not change this, as
it allows the Sydney office to remain a central
point of contact for both your property and our
Implementations team while we are building the
system for you.
