Questions

• What provision for student accommodation will
  there be at Greenwich?
• We have secured student accommodation that will
  be built on the North East side of our building.
  Planning permission is being sought at present
  and its likely the accommodation will be ready
  two years after we move to Greenwich. We have
  made other arrangements for alternative student
  accommodation until building is complete. We
  have secured 200 beds and will make available
  further information regarding these interim
  arrangements.
• Who are the building contractors?
• Bovis Lend Lease. (This is a separate company to
  Bovis house builders).
• Will we own the student accommodation?
• No, this will be owned and run by a private
  developer. We have an arrangement whereby we
  will secure a set number of beds each year that
  will be guaranteed for Ravensbourne students. As
  part of this arrangement we wont have the
  associated costs and responsibilities that go
  with owning student accommodation but will have
  the advantage of being able to offer
  accommodation to our students that is very close
  to the College building in Greenwich.
