Migration to 4.1

• No changes made to 4.1 release other than
  dropping objects identified as deprecated in this
  document.
• Decision to implement GUIDs as CHAR(38) data
  types followed significant review of
  alternatives.
• Technical Committee plans to develop and test
  recommended procedure for populating GUID values
  and dropping _ID fields.
• Members are invited to suggest duration of period
  between release of 4.0 and 4.1 data models.
