- Broad consensus that something needed to be done
to address on going decline of the area. - The local community, council officials, elected
representatives and public agencies came together
to prepare a plan. - Interagency Steering Group established in 2004

voice of people of Cranmore

must take into account broader planning
objectives and address social deprivation, anti
social behaviour and even criminality - distinct from remedial works
