• Thank you, Mr./Ms. General Evaluator.
• My duties today are to listen to the speakers to
  determine if there are any irregularities in
  their speech patterns. I will be listening for
  such things as double negatives, dangling
  participles, slang and all around poor speech
  habits.
• Also, Ill be listening for our WORD OF THE DAY
  to see if anyone uses it in their speaking.

AH COUNTER

• Thank you, Mr./Ms. General Evaluator.
• As Ah Counter, it is my dubious pleasure to make
  note of those nasty Ahs, Uhs, Ums, You Knows, or
  prolonged pauses that we all use from time to
  time.
• Each occurrence that I hear will be noted and at
  the end of the meeting I will mention the results
  in my report to the members.

TIMER

• Thank you Mr./Ms. General Evaluator.
• My duties today are to time the length of each
  presentation during Table Topics, Prepared
  Speakers, and Speech Evaluations.
• I will notify each speaker of the time by showing
  a GREEN signal when the minimum time requirement
  has been met, a YELLOW signal at the half way
  mark, and a RED signal when the allotted time is
  about to lapse.
• A speaker will be designated ON TIME if they are
  within 30 seconds of the allotted time
  requirement.

VOTE COUNTER

• Thank you, Mr./Ms. General Evaluator
• As Vote Counter it is my responsibility to gather
  and tally the cast votes during this meeting.
• The Vote Counter normally does not cast a vote,
  however, should a tie occur, my vote will serve
  as the tie breaker.
