• Improving management of the patient flow through
  the system
• The patient is now immediately taken to the
  designated ECG cubicle instead of having to wait
  to be triaged by a nurse.

Sustainability

• Patients who self-refer to AE with chest pain
  receive thrombolysis treatment within the target
  time.
• A dedicated audit person provides monthly
  feedback to the AE staff.
• The LDP returns demonstrate the significant
  improvement made by AE
