A BIT OF BACKGROUND

• The Cassette Discipleship Program (CDP) started
  in India in 1985, a joint effort of M/E Intl and
  GIFTS of India, where It matured for 16 years to
  about 320 VEs.
• CDP-Ghana started in 2001, being the first of 185
  countries now in CDP.

When CDP-Ghana completed the demographic
study Located and trained 20 Village
Evangelists (VEs) --Translated the WEBSITE
me-intl.org materials --
Recorded master and cassette tapes they were
ready to deploy their first- Outpost of 20
VEs.

• From there they grew exponentially to 320 active
  VEs, and another 720 VEs awaiting equipment.
• This was done by ingeniously using on-the-job
  training, with three candidate VEs coupled to
  each active VE for six months.

• That was certainly a significant element in
  CDP-Ghanas remarkable growth and related
  impressive outreach to the lost.
• Yes, they went from 20 to 80 to 320 VEs in
  just over
• 2-years.

• The player of choice has been the Hand Cranked
  Cassette Player it has served well for many
  decades only now, in 2007, it is being replaced
  by the AMBASSADOR Unit of MegaVoice.

Ghana since October of 2006 and are finding
excellent use and reception there is also a
huge positive curiosity factor

• Its rugged reliability is expected to be a major
  cost of ownership contribution to the CDP
  program.
• Of course, having solar charging built-in, makes
  for ideal field operation and low
  maintainability.

• The cost of ownership is expected to be
  considerably better than the cassette players
  when considering weight, size, durability and
  related shipping costs.
• The large memory system for messages storage and
  the versatility for message location and
  delay/advance features, make it a most attractive
  teaching tool.

Deployment and Managementof a
typicalCDP-Country Activity.

This Presentation displays a typical deployment
of VEs, and related supervisors, to effectively
implement the CDP for a country or region of
about 10-Million villagers, with one or several
language groups.

The basic building block for the deployment of
VEs is the OUTPOST AN OUTPOST (OP) 20 VEs,
and a Supervisor, each VE reaching out to 10,000
Villagers, or 200,000 Villagers per OP.

Four Outposts (OPs) form a Media Center (MC),
providing communication, computation, projection
and e-mail capabilities, with services both for
CDP and local villager needs.

A demographic study of the area establishes the
distribution of language groups, and the number
of VE Outposts required for each. In general, the
major or key heart language is used, --that which
will be understood by say 80 of the Villagers.

Implementation and management of the Outposts
require close coordination of the VEs by their
Local Supervisors (LSs), to the Media Center
Supervisors (MCSs), who then report to the
CDP-Country leadership via Mobile Supervisors
(MSs).

• This first group of 320 VEs in Ghana is using the
  EWE Language
• A second group of 320 VEs is ready for equipment
  and deployment in the TWI Language in an
  easterly sector.
• The third group, in the far northerly area, for
  the FraFra Language, is special in two ways
• The VEs are fairly literate can use Bibles
  effectively expect to be deployed in Nov. 2007
  with FraFra Bibles.
• 2. There are 400 FraFra VEs, 5 extra VEs per
  OP.

• This early characterization of Ghanas structure
  is believed to be useful to most of our other
  countries
• Also, we trust this will be encouraging to all
  seeing the progress Ghana made in the first two
  years even under brand new situations, yes,
  where no man had trod before.
• We give Pastor Prince Paul Konu TWO THUMBS UP for
  a great job.

• We know that the fruit of this ministry is all
  the credos that Pastor Paul desires at this time,
  and this has already been a plentiful harvest
  that continues even as we breathe.
• Our hearts rejoice with Pastor Paul as we
  extrapolate his progress three years ahead
  looking to the summation of all CDP-Countrys
  harvest!!!
• That will be a day even perhaps the ushering in
  of that great TRUMPET call that will come soon
  after all the Nations are reached per Mathew
  2414.

Even so, come Lord Jesus !!!

• Added Information
• Pastor Paul estimates that each VE is leading
  at least 20 Villagers to the Lord each week
  that is over 1,000 per year per VE or 320,000 per
  year in the EWE language alone!
• This is further multiplied by those saved that
  are members of the new churches established. 25
  new EWE churches were established last year!
  between 100 and 300 are in regular attendance at
  each of these churches.

• This is the bottom line for CDP thousands upon
  thousands of villagers coming to our Lord!
• It is also happening all over Africa, as well as
  in China and many other areas of the world.

• China and Africa, each have the potential of over
  50 times the harvest of Ghana.
• This leads us to believe that, of the 3 or
  4-BILLION villagers to be reached, we may see a
  BILLION souls coming to our Lord before the end
  of 2010 AD. PTL INDEED!!!
