• Establish a Youth Ministry to be responsible for
  issues and form up a national youth policy
• Government Tonga should increase their budget
  given to the youth every year.
• Establish a work and advisory committee task
  force) for the youth who are unemployment
  including the Ministries of the Government such
  as Labor and Commerce, TNYC, Churches Council,
  Private Sector, Donors Agency and a Community
  Representation

• 4) Labor and Commerce and the Ministry of
  Educations should monitor all short term training
  that are carry out at the Government, Private
  Sector and NGO.
• Government should help in term of finance the
  TNYC Micro Loan
• 6) Labor and Commerce should establish a center
  of Job Opportunities and information for the
  youth of Tonga.

• 7) Government should review the national syllabus
  and curriculum and also make necessary changes to
  meet the demand of the (labor market), more on
  the technical schools and vocational training).
