• Read papers discussing distributed Monte Carlo
  Path Tracing

• Investigate and write code to learn how to
  program with threads and how processes communicate

  client protocol
• Are in the early stages of the protocol design
• Investigated creating threads, critical sections,
  and TCP process communication in Windows and
  coded trivial test cases
