Criteria
- Information and sensitising about gender equality
in the workplace - Internal communication to promote co-employment
and equality - Respect of the principle of professional equality
(feminine presence at work meetings, fight
against gender pre-conceptions and sexism,
neutrality in hiring, exterior communication - Provide the indication relative to professional
equality (comparative reports of the situation of
businesses with over 50 employees) - Designation of a person responsible for
integration and reception of female employees - Taking into account the problems due to
parenthood - Inclusion of more women in decision taking

Putting in Effect
- How it functions
- The Regional Equality Label is developed by the
Chambre des Métiers et de l'Artisanat (Chamber of
Crafts and Artisans) with the participation of
its partners - The department responsible for the applications
for the awarding of the Label is CHANCEGAL - A label-award commission of several partners will
be put into place - The Label will be attributed for a period of 3
years
