My Review
- The regeneration effort in DerryLondonderry
lacked key elements which support
transformational change - There is a need for
- A clear sense of mission, leadership, energy,
effective structures, relationships etc and - A powerful guiding coalition, united behind a
shared vision.

- and to ensure that gains in prosperity are
shared with the Most Deprived Neighbourhoods - A Vision and a Plan which are clear, compelling

benefits from regeneration are targeted towards
the most deprived groups in our communities. -

making sure that these reflect the needs of the
community - Helps authorities to think through the impacts of
their policies - Helps authorities do good work, not just avoid
bad work
