person you want. That is, what
  • important features of the job or the company will
entice the type of person you are
  • looking for?
  • You need to include a section within the
advertisement that clearly states the type of
  • skills and length of experience needed for the
    position. This will hopefully deter
  • inappropriate candidates from applying. The CD

  • Whether it is unstructured and non-directive or

    used selection technique. As
  • would be expected, research supports that the use
    of a structured interviews
  • yield more accurate results than an unstructured
    approach. By following a
  • structured approach an interviewer ensures that
    all relevant information is
  • systematically covered. Furthermore it is vitally
    important that the interview

  • Employee Development involves both Training and

    regularly assess your employees with
  • regards to these two areas in order to promote
    continual growth. Thus training and
  • development appraisals help employees learn how
    to effectively perform their job,
  • improve their performance and prepare themselves
    for more senior positions. Such
  • initiatives can substantially enhance employee
    knowledge, skills and
  • competitiveness. In addition career planning and
    development programs benefit
  • both employees by identifying employee career
    goals, possible future job
  • opportunities and personal improvement
    requirements and the organisation by
  • ensuring that qualified employees are available
    when job vacancies arise.

In Summary...
  • Although managers cite human resources as a
firm's most important asset, many organisations
lack the systems and procedures in place to
effectively and advantageously manage and prosper
such resources. Human resource systems play an
imperative role in any conglomerate as they
assist in the productive use and management of
people in order to achieve both organisational
and employee objectives and future aspirations.
If you are a business executive or a human
resource manager, you will want to implement
these easy to manage HR systems that will
compliment your business objectives and will
further assist you in effectively managing your
    team.
  • It would take me days, maybe weeks to put
together a system of templates for the size if
our firm, GPL has done it all for only 395!
Thats one hour of chargeable time...
