• We are located in three neighbouring
  townsHalden, Sarpsborg and Fredrikstad,in the
  south-eastern corner of Norway.
• We are a medium-sized university collegewith
  4.000 students and 450 staff members.

• Østfold University College participates in a
  number of international co-operation programmes
  within LLP/Erasmus and Nordplus. We have
  bilateral agreements with European, American,
  Canadian and Australian universities
