• Came into clinic wearing an eye catching
  dress,silky hairs,well managed figure.
• A long face with friendly smile.
• She came for the c/o
• Acne Rosaceas on face which gets worsen during
  tension.
• Easy fatiguability
• Cannot tolerate Hunger

• Thirst Drinks lot of water recently.
• Wants 2nd child but fears the labor pains as it
  was very severe during 1st pregnancy
• Cervical Tear during delivery
• Menses Regular,Scanty for 2-3 days
• Recurrent UTI Treated with Antibiotics
• Offensive urine with white sediments
• Frequency D/N 4-5 times

• Mother was concerned about her white discharge
  per vagina wetting her cloths and giving a strong

• Answered that she is comfortable with whatever it
  is, and dont want treatment.

  wheezing,Dyspnoea.
• This c/o was with her since the age of 9 yrs. For
  which she was under allopathic medications. But
  the frequency and intensity was increasing with
