FC Inter Projects
  • Inter will cause alot of excitement in local
    football circles through
  • Implimentation of a 5 year coaching program for a
    Premier Senior Youth League Club in Sydney.
  • Elite Football Camps across Australia selecting
    players to trial in Milan.
  • Establishment of a Junior Academy in Sydney for
    players 8 to 12 years old. Adding Academies in
    other major cities over the 5 years.
  • Conducting Elite Coaching Courses for youth
    senior coaches Australia wide.
  • Developing coaches at the grass roots level

Premier Senior Youth League(Highest level of
Competition in NSW)
  • FC Inter will assume control at a technical level
    of a Premier League Club. This will attract the
    best young players in Sydney who want top
    coaching a pathway to FC Inter a professional
    career.
  • All teams from U13s to 1 grade will have
    coaches programs selected by the FC Inter
    Technical Director (TD) who will be involved
    from October 2007 for the 2008 Season.
  • No club at senior or youth level has ever had
    such a direct involvement from a super club such
    as FC Inter. This will give this local club a
    unique stature greater exposure in the
    marketplace.

Nationwide Events Camps Seminars
  • Events will be held in January 2008 in 3 major
    cities around Australia. Each 5 day event
    consists of a Youth Camp (U13-U18), a Junior Camp
    (U6 to U12) a Coaching Seminar. Inter will
    repeat this mid year reaching all capital cities.
  • At least 4 coaches flown in from Inters Youth
    Sector will conduct the camps coaching seminars
  • Inter will select 1 player from each Youth Camp
    to trial with FC Inter all expenses paid back in
    Milan.
  • Inter is the only Super Club to ever conduct such
    events in Australia using coaches from their
    actual youth sector.
  • Jan 2007 in Sydney a Trial Event was conducted
    which gave sponsors exposure on national TV,
    radio newspapers as well as branding on jerseys
    much much more!.

Junior Academy
  • Inter will establish an elite coaching school
    where players from 8 to 12 years of age will
    receive quality coaching from March to November
    each year.
  • With the Inter Youth Sector Coaches coming out 4
    times a year to monitor and coach at the academy
    many promotional and media opportunities will
    also arise.
  • Junior Academies in other major cities will
    follow.
  • No other big club is directly involved in
    developing players in Australia. Players from the
    academy progress to the Inter Reps Youth League
    Club to continue the progression.

Metro RepsMetropolitan Representative teams are
the best U11 U12 footballers of each
Association in NSW.
  • FC Inter may also program nurture the Metro Rep
    Squads (U11 U12) of an Association that is
    linked to the partner club.
  • These elite juniors play in all parts of Sydney
    regional centres of NSW and will attract great
    interest as the first group of players selected
    and nurtured by Inter coaches.

Grass Roots
  • The partner club will be linked to a local
    association of junior clubs which may have up to
    17000 registered players. FC Inter would also
    service these clubs with
  • Junior coaching seminars, coaching manuals and
    mentoring to improve coaching for the juniors.

    with your company logo on every jersey in the
    district!
  • Programming that Inter will provide at Grass
    Roots level will be groundbreaking attract
