USING E-CERT E-CERT EXPRESS
  • Follow the on screen
  • instructions
  • All Company details MUST be
  • completed
  • Make sure that the terms and
  • conditions box has been
  • ticked
  • The user password must be at
  • least 7 digits including at
  • least 1 number
  • Click on submit

  • appear on screen
  • giving login details
  • and the Chamber will
  • receive a copy by
  • email.
  • Once youve received
  • your Company ID you
  • can login.
  • If you forget your login
  • details you can
  • retrieve them by
  • completing the last
  • two boxes
  • If any field has not been completed a prompt
    will be shown on the screen in red

Administration
  • User Settings The main
  • user of the system can
  • add additional users,
  • edit existing users or
  • delete users.
  • All users set up to use
  • the system must upload
  • their signature before
  • an application can be
  • submitted

Scanned Signatures
  • The format for the signature must be
  • Microsoft bmp (bit-map)
  • Maximum size 1.5 inches wide x 0.5 inch high
    and 30KB
  • Black and White 300dpi (dots per inch)
  • When signature has been scanned and saved go to
    Administration

  • signature page
  • Name of signatory should be shown in full (this
    is what will appear on the
  • documents)
  • Upload the signature by browsing and clicking
    on the saved signature file

Getting Started . . .
  • This is the first screen
  • you will see which is
  • controlled by the
  • Chamber.
  • All information stored in
  • these files can be drawn
  • on for future applications.
  • The information supplied
  • here is how it will be shown
  • on the documents.
  • To start a Certificate
  • of Origin click on
  • Applications and fill
  • in the boxes.

Applications
  • Applications is
  • where you can
  • create, view,
  • edit and delete
  • applications.
  • The applications can
  • be sorted by using
  • the fields on the left.
  • When you are ready to
  • send your application
  • click send standard
  • for a normal e-Cert
  • application which is
  • printed, signed and
  • stamped by the
  • Chamber of Commerce.

Express it ! ! !
  • If you would prefer to send
  • it express, click on send
  • express and follow the on
  • screen instructions
  • Once your application
  • has been sent you will see a yellow
    pending box at the end
  • The Chamber of
  • Commerce will then
  • receive an email
  • alerting them of your
  • application. The Chamber
  • will then check it and click
  • on stamp and send which
  • will digitally insert the
  • Chamber of Commerce
  • Stamp and signature.

  • Your application will be
  • emailed back to you.
  • This is now ready for
  • printing up onto an
  • Original Blank
  • Certificate of Origin
  • form which is available
  • from the Chamber
  • If you go back into the
  • E-Cert website you
  • will now see that the yellow
  • box has changed colour to
  • green and the wording
  • now says Accepted
  • Once your application
  • has been accepted you
  • cannot edit it and
  • re-send however, you
  • can copy it.
