    be out-of-state experience with a masters degree
    and six (6) years of out-of-state experience with
    a bachelors degree, on the salary schedule.

  • Specialists including school psychologists,
    speech/language pathologists, occupational
    therapists, physical therapists, hearing impaired
    specialist or visually impaired specialist that
    possess national/clinical licensure will receive
    an additional amount based on the table below
    (prorated based on a 1.0 FTE) to their annual
    employment contract.

  • 2008-2009 5,000

  • Special education teachers who have direct
    responsibility for coordinating special education
    para-educators as assigned by the principal and
    coordinator of special education at the beginning
    of each semester shall receive an added duty
    contract of
  • 750 for 3-4 para-educators
  • 1,000 for 5-6 para-educators
  • 1,500 for 7 or more para-educators
