  • 1942 Foundation of the Faculty of Veterinary
    under National
  • University of Mongolia
  • 1958 The Faculty obtained an independent
    status as the Institute of Agriculture
  • 1990 The Institute of Agriculture restructured
    into the Agricultural University
  • 1993 Recognized as Mongolian State University
    of Agriculture (MSUA) through integration of
    all agricultural colleges, and research
    institutes

    through incremental training for diploma,
    undergraduate and graduate level
  • Conduct research and technology advancement
    studies relating to key issues of rural
    development, ecology and agricultural production
  • Offer specialized training on technical and
    professional aspects for rural producers and
    business people and conducting extension based
    activities for technology transfer and
    introduction of modern scientific achievements.
