  state-wide metadata repository for digital
  resources created by Pennsylvania libraries,
  museums, educational institutions, and other
  cultural heritage organizations.

• 2 modes of operation
• Full Harvest - Once per quarter
• Incremental Harvest - Once a week
• Data can be refreshed by request
