Purpose / Question

• Orientation for Outpatient Rehabilitation had
  not been updated recently. Needs for
  reorganization had been identified in the needs
  assessment as well as from employee complaints.

• Committee met frequently over 6 month time period
• Team divided sections, gathered information, and
  organized information
• Team split information in three binders to
  further organize orientation information

• Licensure and Practice Act (PT/OT)
