Dockside Examination Program Oversight

• Atlantic Area Prevention Division (Api) shall be
  responsible for promoting voluntary dockside
  examinations
• Functional oversight will be shifted to the
  appropriate Operations Command entity when stood
  up in 2009.
• Districts and Sector Commanders shall ensure
  compliance with this instruction.
