• It is the students responsibility to request an
  official transcript be sent to the school of
  their choice.
• Do not assume this will be done automatically.
• First transcript is free, 1 for each one after
  that.

• Encourage your child to keep their grades up
  remember - only certain classes count in
  calculating your GPA

  every student should take a qualifying test.
• Many scholarships look at these scores
• We strongly recommend that a student take both
  tests

Letters of Recommendation

• Remind students to make use of the back of their
  Academy folder to keep track of their activities
• When a student asks someone to write a
  recommendation for them, encourage the student to
  provide a resume for the person to work from.

• Should finish around noon. Graduation tickets
  and Academy Rewards given out AFTER practice
