research in EBSCO CINAHL Qualitative,
Quantitative, etc.
12Exploding 3 controlled vocabulary terms and
adding a 4th term will allow you to retrieve the
largest possible set of citations to research
articles
13EXPLODING When you explode a term, you tell
the computer to include any more specific term(s)
indented under your first term. If you click on
Explode, you retrieve more information which may
be pertinent to your research (expand your
search).
