Hypothesis

• I Hypothesize that Bubblicious flavor will last
  longer because it is a bigger piece.

Materials

• Stopwatch
• 1 pack of Bubblicious
• 1 pack of juicy fruit
• 1 pack of Trident
• Pen
• Paper

Procedure

• 1.)Get a stopwatch and a piece Bubblicious.
• 2.)Put Bubblicious in mouth and start stopwatch
  the same time you start chewing.
• 3.)Stop stopwatch when flavor runs out.
• 4.)Repeat steps 1-4 with Juicy Fruit
• 5.)Repeat steps 1-4 with Trident
• 6.)Do entire experiment 3 more times.

Conclusion

• My hypothesis was proven correct that
  Bubblicious flavor lasted longer.
• I recommended Bubblicious because it lasts a lot
  longer than the other brands that I tried.
• When doing the experiment, I had a problem when I
  had to stop the stopwatch when the gums flavor
  would go away then come back again.
• The experiment was fair since I stopped the
  stopwatch once the flavor was gone, not counting
  when the flavor comes back. I also tried to chew
  the same amount of gum in one minute.

Conclusion (cont.)

• Next time I would try to find gum brands that
  have similar sizes, so I can also answer a new
  question that if the sizes of each brand were
  the same, would the flavor last the same?From
  the experiment, I learnt Sugarless gum does not
  last as long as the ones with sugar.
