• Emotionally, mentally or physically
• When done without
• Experience various degrees of discomfort

• Something good youve become dependent on
• Emotionally, mentally or physically
• Something that when neglected causes withdrawal
  pains
• If ignored, they go away along with the positive
  addiction

• If it is,
• You feel the good it does
• You feel uncomfortable when missed
• When it becomes a habit
• You do it without even thinking about it

• Seems a chore
• Is easily put off or forgotten
• Never becomes a habit

• Make it pleasurable
• Start slow, small goals
• Start with New Testament
• Go slow, no more than a chapter or so daily
• Schedule will be in the new weekly bulletin
