Most companies have branch offices spread-out in
different area of the country and globally. Head
office requires information on branch transaction
in order to extract sales trends and strategic
information of the market place.

• Data will be consolidated at one location (Head
  office)
• Only one location must be responsible of creating
  and editing all master data information
• Master data is send periodically to all
  locations.
• Individual branches will have an unique no
  generated for each of there daily transactions.
  (This number is an unique no between all
  branches)

• Branches daily transactions will be transmitted
  to head office according to select date range.
• After data transmission, deletion and editing of
  data is prevented.
• Inter location stock transfers are permitted.
• Data can be send to location using E-mail or
  diskettes.
• Batch slips are generate at the data transmitted
  end and well as the data capture end, by
  comparing the two batch slips any discrepancy
  occurred during the transmission can be detected
  and necessary action can be taken to overcome the
  situation.
