11This kind of person wants to be in control.
They want to take charge and get their way. They
manipulate and maneuver to be in a position of
authority so they can hold others in check or
force them to get in line. Some accomplish this
as masters of deceit, hiding the real truth
behind smiling masks and pious words.

13And we impart this in words not taught by human
wisdom but taught by the Spirit, interpreting
spiritual truths to those who are spiritual. The

Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he
is not able to understand them because they are
spiritually discerned.

15you can always tell when a church or a family

division, and confusion. Sad to say, this is the
condition of many Christian works these days.
Instead of humbly depending on the Spirit and the
Word, they look to the world for ideas, to the
flesh for strength, and play right into the hands
of the devil.
- Warren Wiersbe
16For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist,
there will be disorder and every vile practice.
- James 316
17Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is

in mepractice these things, and the God of peace
will be with you.

29Do I possess the type of wisdom that truly makes
a difference?
30If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who
gives generously to all without reproach, and it
will be given him. But let him ask in faith, with
no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a
wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the
wind. For that person must not suppose that he
will receive anything from the Lord he is a
double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.
