• Strong vision, message and commitment to the OMC
  as a vital tool.
• No specific targets poverty and social
  inclusion.
• No real mainstreaming to Lisbon high level task
  force.
• No affirmation of importance of regional and
  local level
• No new support for social innovation.

Next Steps

• Due to be published on 2nd July 08
• French Presidency to produce shadow agenda in
  Autumn
• Council of Ministers will adopt conclusions in
  December 08 (possibly earlier..)
• European Parliament will also make
  recommendations.
