How Does it Work?

• PROMISE Director
• Rotates between campuses
• Meets with Co-PIs, Staff, and students on each
  campus several times/month
• Key Preserves consistency of the product and
  message across campuses

The Tri-campus Seminar

• Two Models
• 1 tri-campus program/month, all campuses attend
  via buses/carpools

• Core Competency programs
• repeated on each campus

Challenges

• More than 700 underrepresented STEM students
• All dont attend programs
• All dont get centralized core competency
  training
• However
• All receive invitations for events
• Many acknowledge (via letter, email) feeling
  supported even though they dont attend
