9Measuring Success MEPs Survey Methodology
- A 21 question survey conducted on a quarterly
schedule by a third-party interviewer with each
client selected and surveyed no more than one
time per year. - A focus on
- Intermediate outcomes such as process
improvements in areas such as manufacturing
systems, human resources, marketing/sales, and
management systems - Bottom line client outcome/impacts such as sales,
employment, capital investment and cost savings - Productivity improvements
