Proposal For Standard Reporting Format

• One page per simulation tool with header listing
  (a) immediately preceeding and (b) latest tool
  version numbers along with official release dates
  for both
• Latest versions should indicate if the model is
  integrated via Verilog-A code (V), or another
  means other than C-code (eg. SimKit)
• Future versions of each model, if appropriate,
  should include a target month/year for release
• Listings should be sorted by device type and
  should include all CMC standard models, relavent
  non-standard models, and Verilog-A LRM
